Welcome to greps.shop. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the G-Reps website and any purchases made through it. By accessing our site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

These Terms contain important provisions including disclaimers of warranties, limitations of liability, and a dispute resolution process. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on greps.shop. By using our site, you represent that you are 18 or older, or that you are using the site with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian. You also represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Made-to-Order Products

All G-Reps products are made to order. Each item is produced specifically for you at the time of purchase. As a result:

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.
• It is your sole responsibility to review our size charts carefully before placing your order.
• Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has begun.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these conditions in full.

3. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. If you need to cancel, you must contact us immediately at hello@greps.shop with your order number. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been submitted to our production partner. G-Reps is not liable for any losses resulting from an order that could not be canceled after production began.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

We take quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective:

• You must contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery at hello@greps.shop.
• You must include your order number and clear photos clearly showing the issue.
• We will review your claim with our production partner and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.

Claims submitted after 7 days of confirmed delivery are not eligible for resolution. G-Reps reserves the right to assess each claim individually and to deny claims that do not meet the above requirements. Normal variations in color, texture, or print placement that fall within standard production tolerances do not constitute defects and are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

5. Lost, Undelivered & Returned Packages

Please read the following carefully. Different shipping scenarios are handled differently, and some situations are outside of G-Reps' control or coverage.

5a. Package Genuinely Lost in Transit (Tracking Shows No Delivery)

If your tracking shows the package has not moved or was never delivered, and it is past the estimated delivery date:

• Contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at hello@greps.shop.
• Include your order number and tracking number.
• We will file a claim with our shipping partner on your behalf.
• If the claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

5b. Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking confirms the package was delivered but you did not receive it:

• First check with neighbors, building management, or any safe-drop locations near your address.
• Contact your carrier directly to file a missing package investigation using your tracking number.
• Contact us at hello@greps.shop and we will assist where we reasonably can.

Please note: once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, G-Reps cannot guarantee a replacement or refund. These cases are handled at our sole discretion.

5c. Incorrect or Insufficient Address Provided by Customer

If a package is undeliverable or returned to our production partner due to an incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient address provided at checkout:

• G-Reps is not responsible for the original shipping cost or the cost of reshipment.
• You will be charged a reshipment fee to resend the package to a corrected address. We will contact you with the reshipment cost and send a separate invoice via email before reshipping.
• If you do not respond or provide a valid corrected address in time, the order may be forfeited without a refund.

Please double-check your full shipping address — including apartment number, ZIP or postal code, and country — before completing your purchase.

5d. Package Unclaimed at Customs (International Orders)

For orders shipping to Canada and the United Kingdom, your package may be held at a customs facility for collection. If a package is not claimed at customs and is returned to our production partner:

• You will be responsible for any new shipping charges required to resend the package.
• G-Reps is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country's customs authority. These are entirely your responsibility as the recipient.
• If you refuse to pay customs duties and the package is returned or destroyed, G-Reps will not issue a refund.

We strongly recommend familiarizing yourself with your country's import thresholds and duty rates before ordering.

5e. Wrong Phone Number Provided (International Orders)

For international orders, our production partner may require a valid contact phone number to facilitate delivery. If an incorrect or invalid phone number is provided:

• Delivery may fail and the package may be held or returned.
• G-Reps and our production partner are not responsible for reshipment costs in this case.

Please ensure your phone number is accurate at checkout for all international orders.

6. Shipping

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. G-Reps is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs agencies, weather, public holidays, strikes, or other events outside our control. Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery of your order to the shipping carrier.

7. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments or other approved processors at checkout. G-Reps does not store your full payment card information. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information. We reserve the right to cancel orders where fraudulent payment activity is suspected.

8. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice. Codes are typically limited to one per order, are non-transferable, and have no cash value. G-Reps reserves the right to void any order where a discount code was used fraudulently or in violation of its terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on greps.shop — including logos, product designs, graphics, text, images, and branding — is the exclusive property of G-Reps and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or use any of our content without express written permission. Unauthorized use of G-Reps intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. User Conduct

By using our site, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our site or systems.
• Interfere with the operation of the site or introduce malicious code.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders or claims.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse G-Reps staff or representatives.
• Initiate chargebacks without first contacting us to resolve the issue.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate access to any user who violates these Terms or engages in abusive, fraudulent, or bad-faith behavior, at our sole discretion and without liability.

11. Customer Content & Reviews

If you submit reviews, photos, comments, or other content to our site or tag us on social media, you grant G-Reps a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, and display that content for any lawful business purpose, including marketing and advertising, without compensation to you. You represent that you own or have all necessary rights to any content you submit and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, G-Reps makes no warranties regarding this site or the products sold through it. Specifically:

The site and all products and services provided through it are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. G-Reps expressly disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected. Your use of the site and purchase of products is entirely at your own risk.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, G-Reps and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the site, your purchase of products, or your reliance on any information provided on the site, even if G-Reps has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall G-Reps's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these terms or your use of our site or products exceed the total amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability for certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless G-Reps and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party; or (d) any content you submit to the site. G-Reps reserves the right to assume exclusive control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate fully.

15. Dispute Resolution

We want to resolve any issues fairly and quickly. Before taking any formal legal action, you agree to contact us at hello@greps.shop and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute informally. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that any claim arising out of or related to these Terms, the site, or any purchase will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against G-Reps.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, without regard to conflict of law principles. By using our site, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in South Dakota for any disputes not subject to arbitration.

17. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and availability on greps.shop are accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies and to update information at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been placed. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

18. Termination

G-Reps reserves the right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate your access to the site at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, abusive behavior, or chargebacks without valid cause. Termination does not limit any other rights or remedies available to G-Reps. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of greps.shop after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the site.
