Orders & Products
Are your products made to order?
Yes — every G-Reps product is made specifically for you when you place your order. We don't hold inventory or mass produce. This is intentional — it means every piece is fresh, made to our quality standards, and produced with less waste. It also means orders take a little longer to arrive, so please factor in 3–7 business days of production time on top of your shipping estimate.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be canceled or changed while they are still in "In Review" status — before production begins. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at hello@greps.shop with your order number. Once production has started, we are unable to make changes or cancel. We recommend double-checking your size, color, and shipping address carefully before placing your order.
I just placed my order — why hasn't it shipped yet?
Because everything is made to order, your item goes into production first before it ships. Production typically takes 3–7 business days. Once it ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. If you haven't received any shipping information after 10 business days, please reach out to us at hello@greps.shop.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
My order says "Confirmed" — what does that mean?
"Confirmed" means we've received your order and it's been submitted to production. You'll receive another notification once your order has shipped with your tracking number. You can also log into your account at account.greps.shop to check your order status at any time.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically arrive within 10–15 business days from the date of purchase. This includes production time (3–7 business days) plus shipping. UK orders may arrive slightly faster at 9–14 business days total. Please note these are estimates and may vary based on your location, carrier delays, or seasonal demand.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. We do not currently ship to other countries but may expand in the future.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email. You have three ways to track: log into your account at account.greps.shop to view your full order status, download the Shop App on iOS or Android for real-time tracking and delivery notifications, or use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We recommend using a physical street address at checkout to avoid any delivery issues. PO Box delivery availability depends on the carrier assigned to your order. If you have concerns, please contact us before placing your order.
Will I be charged customs or import fees?
For orders shipping to Canada and the United Kingdom, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are not included in your order total and are entirely your responsibility as the recipient. G-Reps has no control over these fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because all G-Reps products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. All sales are final. We strongly encourage you to review our size charts carefully before placing your order — each product page includes a detailed size chart specific to that item.
My item arrived damaged or defective. What do I do?
We're sorry to hear that — that's not the standard we hold ourselves to. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@greps.shop. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will review your claim and if approved, arrange a replacement or refund. Claims submitted after 7 days of confirmed delivery are not eligible.
My package says delivered but I didn't receive it. What now?
First, we recommend checking with neighbors, building management, or any safe-drop locations near your address — carriers sometimes leave packages in unexpected spots. Then contact your carrier directly to open a missing package investigation using your tracking number. If you're still unable to locate it, reach out to us at hello@greps.shop and we'll do our best to help. Please note that once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.
My package is lost in transit — what happens?
If your tracking shows your package was never delivered and it is past the estimated delivery window, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at hello@greps.shop with your order number and tracking number. We will investigate with our shipping partner and if the package is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
How long does a refund take?
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
I gave the wrong shipping address. What do I do?
Contact us immediately at hello@greps.shop with your order number and the correct address. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update it. If it has already shipped, the address cannot be changed. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipment cost. Please double-check your address carefully before completing your purchase.
Sizing
How do I find my size?
Every product page on greps.shop includes a detailed size chart specific to that item. We also offer an interactive sizing card showing height and weight recommendations for each size. Because all products are made to order and we don't accept size exchanges, we strongly encourage you to review the size chart before ordering. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit or reaching out to us for a recommendation.
Do your products run true to size?
It depends on the product. Each item has its own fit notes on the product page. Some items are designed with a fitted silhouette, while others have a relaxed or oversized cut. Always check the individual product's size chart and fit description before ordering.
I'm between two sizes — which should I pick?
We generally recommend sizing up if you're between sizes, especially for bottoms and hoodies. Our size charts include garment measurements in inches so you can compare against your own measurements for the most accurate fit. If you're unsure, contact us at hello@greps.shop and we'll help you decide.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No — you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account at account.greps.shop lets you view your order history, track shipments, and manage your details all in one place. We recommend it for the best experience.
How do I create an account?
Visit account.greps.shop and click "Create Account." Enter your name, email address, and a password. You can also create an account during the checkout process. Once your account is set up, you'll have access to your full order history and real-time order status.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Go to account.greps.shop and click "Forgot your password?" Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact us at hello@greps.shop.

Are your products good quality? How do I know?
Every G-Reps product is worn and tested for a minimum of two months before it's ever released. If it doesn't meet our standards in fit, quality, and durability — it doesn't ship. We're not here to move product. We're here to build something that lasts.
How do I stay updated on new drops and releases?
Follow us on Instagram @g_reps.apparel and sign up for email and SMS updates at checkout to be the first to know about new drops, restocks, and exclusive releases. New collections and products will always be announced on our social channels first.
