SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with G-Reps. Because all of our products are made to order, please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order so you know what to expect.
1. Made-to-Order Production Time
Every G-Reps product is made specifically for you at the time of purchase. Your order goes into production before it ships. Production typically takes 3–7 working days for standard orders. We aim to ship all orders no later than the 8th working day from the date of purchase. The delivery timeframes in the table below do not include production time — please factor in 3–7 working days on top of the estimated delivery windows shown.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- United States
- Canada
- United Kingdom
We do not currently ship to any other countries. If you are located outside these regions, please check back as we may expand in the future.
3. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times
All shipping rates are based on your order total at checkout. Prices are in USD. Estimated delivery times are from the date of shipment and do not include production time.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. G-Reps is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, public holidays, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You have three ways to track and manage your order:
- Account login — log in to your G-Reps account at greps.shop to view your full order history, order status, fulfillment updates, and shipment details at any time.
- Shop App — we are integrated with the Shop App via Shopify. Download the Shop App on iOS or Android to track your order in real time, receive push notifications when your package ships and is delivered, and manage all your online orders in one place.
- Email confirmation — your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page will be included in your shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 10 working days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@greps.shop with your order number.
5. Changing Your Address Before Shipment
If you have made a mistake with your shipping address, please contact us immediately at hello@greps.shop with your order number and the correct address. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update it with our production partner. Once an order has been dispatched, the address cannot be changed.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (Canada & UK)
For orders shipping to Canada and the United Kingdom, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are not included in the order total or shipping cost at checkout and are entirely the responsibility of the customer as the recipient.
G-Reps has no control over customs charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering. If a package is held at customs and goes unclaimed, it will be returned to our production partner and you will be responsible for any reshipment costs. G-Reps will not issue a refund for the original order in this case.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete, including apartment or unit numbers, city, ZIP or postal code, and country. G-Reps is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable or returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address. If a package is returned to our production partner due to an address issue, you will be responsible for any reshipment fees. Please double-check your address carefully before completing your purchase.
8. Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows your package was never delivered and it is past the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@greps.shop within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. Include your order number and tracking number and we will investigate.
Please note: the three most common reasons packages are not delivered are a missed call from the courier, an incorrect contact number, or an incorrect shipping address. If any of these apply, please contact us as soon as possible with your correct details so we can assist.
If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors or building management and contact your carrier directly. In this situation, our production partner is unable to cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order. If you would like the item reshipped, a new order will need to be placed.
9. Shipping Delays
Occasionally shipments may be delayed due to high order volumes, carrier issues, customs processing, public holidays, flight cancellations, or weather events. G-Reps is not liable for delays outside of our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out and we will do our best to assist.
